I’ve owned three juicers before buying the Omega Vert 350. And finally I’ve found the perfect juicer. It doesn’t take up much counter space. It looks good. It’s quiet when it’s juicing. It produces colorful juice and very dry extracted pulp. It can handle all fruits and vegetables, even wheatgrass which I’ve begun growing and juicing. It’s simple to clean, with no sharp parts. And reassemlbes in a snap.

I gave away two of my other juicers (a Champion and Juiceman) and put my one year old Brevelle Elite in the basement, thinking I might use it again some day. But with each passing week, I don’t think I will ever use the noisy, inefficient thing again–although it is a beautiful looking stainless steel machine. Anyway, I am happy now everytime I juice and hear the comforting slow whir of the Vert and see the dark, rich juice spill into my cup.

A better juicer Review by Luisa

I had been using high-speed centrifugal juicer previously. I didn't like the separation in the end product, or the produce jumping out of the juicer, or having to drink the juice immediately after making it. I decided on this one after reading time the reviews. It's very easy to use, and very easy to clean. Compared to my previous juicer, this one produces twice as much juice, and the pulp is much drier. Well worth the money.

Omega has apparently paid attention to customer reviews–they're gradually making changes to the design according to customer complaints. My Omega came with several screens, to make the amount of pulp you want a choice. This machine does an excellent job of extracting juice. I frequently make slushees with this, and I admit I also make some very fresh, delicious tomato juice for Bloody Mary's.

So far, this is a great juicer.

You generally expect a lot from the $300 juicer. This one was absolutely terrible, and so was Omega's customer service. Save your money.

The level of pulp dairies from day-to-day, but I'm learning more about the juicing process, and it's helping. Carrots don't take well to this machine, but hitting the reverse button for a few seconds helps. The manual says to cut carrots into strips, but that's too much effort. I just trim them down.

Overall, I recommend this machine.

Makes for enjoyable juicing Review by Terence Barr

The first drink I made with this was carrot juice with a handful of romaine lettuce–absolutely delicious! This machine is small, doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and it's quieter than other juicers I've owned. Leafy greens do need some chopping beforehand–otherwise they will wrap around the auger. If you enjoy juicing, you will be happy with this machine. It's worth the money.

This juicer is absolutely amazing. My old juicer was considerably louder. The slower speed extracts more juice and preserves the juices and enzymes. The Omega costs more, but it's worth the money. It's fun to try different fruits and see the results. I did a lot of research before buying this juicer, and I love it!

I was looking for a cold press juicer that is quiet and easy to clean. After using it a couple of days I can say that this is a really great juicer. I do cut the rind off of lemons and oranges, and lines, but I don't really have to. I left pineapple with the rind on and there was no problem. This juicer was really easy to assemble, and it really easy to clean. I have a smoothie recipe book now, and I'm ready to go!

Customer service is abysmal. They claim to offer a good warranty, but if this juicer breaks down, as mine did, they claim that the wear and tear is due to use and not the quality of the machine. My juicer broke down after only 3 weeks. I was juicing wheatgrass when it happened. Only buy this juicer if you have the money to spend to repair it.

This juicer produces foam, not juice. After only a few months the machine has broken down that much. The company sent me parts so that I could try to fix it, but nothing helped. With another call to customer service, I was told that the juicer is performing the way it is supposed to, and they were not willing to honor the warranty.
