Answer:
This just *may* have been used. We stock any returned items, demo items which we may use at shows, or items with damaged boxes. So, just be aware when you order that the unit may show signs of use as there is a chance that it was previously used to juice. All of these products still carry the full warranty and our normal 30-Day Return policy.
