    • If the serial number is not displayed on the model, where is it located so I can send in my registration card?
    • The Omega Big Mouth juicers actually do not have serial numbers on them. You can contact the manufacturer, Omega Juicers, to register your product with them.

    • how do you prevent leakage from soft fruit like bananas?
    • The pulp collection is self contained to prevent leaking. However, some soft fruits such as bananas do not work well in a juicer. They have a tendency to make mush out of them.

    • Where exactly is the serial number located on these models? I purchased one, and the warranty book says the serial number is located on the bottom of the juicer... but its not. Please help.
