This product does a great job period. For a while I used the Jack LaLanne centifugal juicer and it was messy to use and to clean up. No such problem with the 8006. I've had it for over a year and a half and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've used this juicer now for about 8 months daily. I love the juice I get-very dry pulp, even from the citrus fruit. It juices greens nicely after you learn the trick - don't put too much at once. Softer greens like chard and cabbage can get stuck, so it is best to juice them with harder greens or veggies. The auger housing isn't easy to clean, but that's the only negative.

The Omega J8006 is an excellent vegetable juicer. It produces fine fruit juice as well, but I want to emphasize that if you are into juicing veggies this machine will not disappoint you.

I gave this juicer to my husband as a present, convinced that he would be using it once or twice a week at best (based on our experience with the two centrifuge juicers we had bought in the past and the fact that we were not really into juicing).

Well, in all honesty, this machine has turned us into juice addicts. We have been juicing a mix of veggies and fruits every-single-day since the juicer was delivered. We love it.

This is the third juicer we've purchased. One is a "top of the line" juicer and the other a centrifugal. Hands down this is the best and easiest to clean. Juice is cool, pulp is pretty darn dry (not as dry as the top of the line) but much drier than the centrifugal. Wife loves it because it is so easy to use and so very, very easy to clean. Plus it doesn't take up much counter space.

I decided to shop for a juicer after my daughter had great health improvement and weight loss on a recent juice fast. In this price range I found J8006 met my requirements. It is efficient,produces a lot of juice and very dry fiber. Juicing greens is a pain because pieces get pulled out when the pusher is lifted. We are still having fun, making frozen banana parfait with chunks of dark chocolate and frozen bing cherries chopped up. We won't be keeping up our weight loss if we keep this up!

The juicer is easy to take apart and easy to clean. I love it.

I've been dying to buy a juicer for years now and finally spent the extra money to buy one that seemed well made and liked. Just arrived tonight and I went out and bought a bunch of kale, radishes, celery, carrots, beets, spinach, apples, and pears so I could immediately start a new creation. The assembly was already almost complete straight out of the box, so all I had to do was wash my greens and cut them to fit into the chute. I turned it on and fed all kinds of goodies down the chute and watched as the first thing through (spinach) resulted in a pool of bright green juice in the bin. The chewed up byproduct came out very dry and the process was quick AND QUIET! The thing hardly made any noise at all, the only sound really coming from the "chewing action", which was like listening to someone chew with their mouth open, only instead of gross it's cool. I only juiced a fraction of the veggies I bought (although I made a mix of beet/carrot/celery/spinach/kale/radish/apple juice) and came out with almost a quart of juice. The clean up was a breeze, since all the parts come apart and reassemble with ease. It's more work to wash the veggies. So far I am very impressed with my purchase.

Terrible experience with this juicer and this company. Straight out of the package the auger grinds against metal mesh, clearly visible chunks and strips of plastic comes off the auger before any vegetable goes in! Replacement juicers had the same problem. They even assembled a juicer (they conveniently didn't turn the juicer on to test if it works properly) and shipped it fully assembled, even this one had the same problem with the auger getting scraped. I will not be buying this brand in the future.

Recently bought the Omega J8006 Juicer. Juicing was time consuming and messy before I bought this Omega. I had the traditional juicer which had too many parts and took forever to clean! With the Omega juicer there are fewer parts to clean and it is quite silent. The only drawback is that the shoot to put the juicing items in is a bit too small and takes a little more preparation time, but all the other features make up for it. The investment is surely worth it.

I simply love my Omega 8006 juicer. We had had a centerfugal juicer years ago and it was a trial to clean.This is so, so easy. It produces a lot more juice and the pulp it discards is really dry. I use a combination of fruit and veggies for breakfast juice. That along with a slice of 12 grain toast is breakfast and I have lost three pounds in just over a week with not changing anything else in my diet. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to assemble. I would recommend this juicer to anyone.

Bought the Omega 8006 to begin a new way of life drinking juice daily. I chose the Omega 8006 because I wanted a slow speed juicer to provide maximum benefits from wheatgrass, veggies, and so on. I also wanted a juicer which would be easy to keep clean and look good on the counter at all time.

Since then I have made juice for both my wife and myself daily for the past month. It is simple to keep clean and provides wonderful healthy juice. We also enjoy the benefits of making delicious and nutritious smoothies from frozen bananas and mangos. Such a wonderful treat and simple to make.
