1 can pears in juice. (Chilled) (16 ounces)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana (peeled)
3 ice cubes (Crushed)
2 tablespoons honey
Dash ground nutmeg
Step 1: Combine all ingredients except nutmeg into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Pour into 2 glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
