Yogurt O.J. Shake

1 cup 2% milk.
1 carton plain or vanilla yogurt. (8 Ounces) 
6 Ounces of fresh orange juice
2 cups ice cubes. (cracked) 
 

 

 

Step 1: Add milk, yogurt, and orange juice to blender. Process until smooth and frothy.

Step 2: Add ice and process until smooth and frothy.

Step 3: Pour into 5 cups.
