pineapple-banana shake

 2 cups plain yogurt
 1 cup pineapple(undrained, crushed) 
 1 ripe medium banana
 1 tsp agave sweetener 
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 1 cup ice cubes
 

Step 1:  Combine yogurt, pineapple, banana, sweetener, vanilla, nutmeg, and ice in blender. Process until smooth.

Step 2: Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
