Morning Pomegranate Shake

1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
3/4 cup soy or low fat milk
2 ice cubes
1 large banana
2 tablespoons silvered almonds
2-4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon honey

Step 1: In a blender combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
