Mango Shake

 2 medium ride mangoes. (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
 1 1/2 cups skim milk.
 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
 3-4 teaspoons lime juice
 1/4 teaspoon ground mace.
 mint sprigs(optional) 
 

 

Step 1: Combine mangoes and milk in a blender and process until smooth.

Step 2: Add ice cream, lime juice, and mace. Process until smooth.

Step 3: Pour into 4 tall glasses. Garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
