1 ripe, medium banana
3/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 teaspoons honey
Step 1: combine banana, strawberries, yogurt, buttermilk, wheat germ, and honey in blender. Blend until thick and smooth.
Step 2: Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
