Berry Orange Shake

2 Orange herbal tea bags
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of frozen strawberries

Step 1: In a teapot pour boiling water over orange herbal tea bags; cover and let brew for 5 minutes.

Step 2: In a blender process remaining ingredients and tea until smooth.

Step 3: Pour into 3 glasses, decorate if desired, and serve.
