2 1/2 cups strawberries or assorted berries
1 pint vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
4 small mint sprigs
Step 1: Combine all ingredients except mint sprig s into a blender. Process about 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 2: Pour into 4 glasses.
