Omega 4000 Juicer - Fruit and Vegetable Centrifugal Force Juicer

The Omega Model 4000 is a pulp ejection style juicer which provides continuous juicing. This pulp ejection juicer will spit any used pulp into a container at the back of the juicer. Because of this action you do not need to stop to clean the basket as there is no buildup.

The Omega 4000 has a shiny surgical stainless steel strainer, basket, bowl and blade made of only high quality parts. The rest of the body of the juicer is made of non-toxic polycarbonate plastic.

The motor is high power at 1/3 Horsepower / 5200 RPM with a balanced basket to avoid 'walking' of the juicer and any vibrations that would make the unit unstable. The rubber feet also help stick to any surface for a grounded unit. The feed chute is large enough to take larger pieces of fruits and vegetables.

What are the differences between the Omega 1000, 4000 an 9000 models?

Differences between the Omega 1000 & 9000:

  • The only difference between these two juicers is: The Omega 1000 has a plastic lid over a stainless steel bowl while the Omega 9000 is all stainless steel. Other than that, the Omega 1000 carries a 10 year warranty and the Omega 9000 has a 15 year warranty. These are non-pulp ejection juicers and does have the option for a citrus attachment.
  • Differences between the Omega 1000 / 9000 and the Omega 4000:

  • The Omega 4000 carries a 15 year guarantee and is a pulp ejection juicer. There is no citrus attachment option but this juicer will still juice citrus well.

Good centrifugal juicer I have a omega juicer before and was happy with it, but it wasnt the pulp ejection kind. I like this one, a bit easier to clean but the juice yield is smaller. All good though.

Average Juicer This is my first juicer. Based on no expectations here's what I thought, chute is too small, juice shoots out of top before you are able to cover chute, pulp wet, chunks of fruit ejected, juice on counter instead of in glass, didn't give amount of juice called for, juice spout low, no glass provided.

A hassle unscrewing the nut that holds the basket in. A simple brush cleans it well, relatively quiet.

I did buy this from CanningPantry.com - BIG MISTAKE - due to above problems I contacted them for a return, found out that their 100% 30 day guarentee is a joke. Once they found out it was used one time they refused the return. You can only return - with stocking fee and paying return shipping - on an untouched item. NEVER BUY FROM canningpantry.com.
