| 7/15/2008 by sjc simple idea that just works! I have been using this in place of several other methods I tried to keep my beans fresh. I had tried freezing, squeezing air out of ziplocs, using glass jars, etc. Nothing works as well as this very simple little device.
The "button" that gets sucked down tells you the vacuum is working.
