I cannot express to you how much I love your customer service. I recently ordered a Vitamix 4500 from you. I was so excited about my Vitamix because I have been wanting one for a while and decided to purchase one for myself for my 30th birthday. I searched the net and found that 877myjuicer had the best priced plus you can't beat the free shipping so I ordered. I must say that my shipment was sent the same day and I really wasn't expecting it to be shipped until the next business day since I ordered after your shipping cutoff time. Well I went to look on the Fedex website to track my order and I saw that my order had been shipped to an incorrect address. I notified you all and after a few email correspondances, it was found that this was an error on the part of your company and it was quickly resolved at no charge with an apology. The representative updated Fedex with the correct information and informed me promptly thereafter. Well the hell started from there. Fedex totally screwed my order up. I checked the Fedex tracking again and saw that my package was still headed to the incorrect address. To make a long story short. It took Fedex quite a few days to get my package headed in the correct direction. In this time I called Fedex twice to give them delivery instructions for my package which they did not follow and it resulted in my package being lost. I was so frustrated with the inability of Fedex to follow directions, take ownership of their error, and their horrible customer service that I notified 877myjuicer and you all were right on it. Due to my frustration with Fedex, I decided to cancel my order because at this point I really did not want to deal with Fedex any longer. I explained this to the 877myjuicer representative who showed much empathy for my situation and was totally understanding. My money was promptly refunded to me without error. I come from a client services background and I am a stickler for companies taking care of their clients and delivering world class service. Kudos to 877myjuicer. Keep up the good work!
